Medical Insurance
All osteopaths working at Epsom Osteopathic Clinic are fully insured, qualified and registered. Most private medical insurance schemes, including BUPA and AXAPPP will pay or contribute to fees incurred for osteopathy but please check your policy first.
With regards to private medical cover and insurance schemes, it is our policy for fees to be paid at the time of treatment and the patient to claim reimbursement from the insurance company. If the clinic is invoicing the insurance companies then there will be a £5 processing fee per invoice. Receipts are issued upon request and sent via email.
Appointments
24 hours notice of cancellation will be required. Missed appointments or late cancellation will be charged at full rate. Missed appointments waste time and prevent patients in need from being seen promptly. Thank you for your co-operation.
